The vision of McCook Christian Church is to see McCook and the 50 mile radius transformed as more and more people live faithfully as disciples of Jesus. Historically the church has positively created or shaped every aspect of culture. Everything from orphan care, medicine, the arts, higher education, and more have been the result of people living radically countercultural lives as followers of Jesus. We believe that following Jesus, empowered by the Holy Spirit changes people, families, neighborhoods, communities, & ultimately entire regions & nations.

The Mission
McCook Christian Church exists to make disciples.
We believe the mission of the church is the same mission or "commission" that Jesus gave His followers in Matthew 28 when He told them, "go into all the world and make disciples, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Simply, we are called to make disciples.
